"Trolley Art" was an exhibition of drawings, watercolors and pastels
all relating to the PCC-style streetcar of San Francisco. The
artist, Jonathan James, created the show as a result of his high
esteem for this particular mode of transportation.
A soundtrack was played throughout the show of various streetcar
sounds, mixed with popular 1930's songs and other train-related
music.
There were approximately eighteen drawings on the walls, most of
which were roughly 24 by 48 inches. The largest drawing was a
life-size interpretation of the J-Church streetcar.
