States of America public media to read about the following story, well
noted in the world's press, reporting the new laws in the United States
of America giving greater power to the Attorney General to restrict
appeals for death penalty executions, August 20, 2007. Below, from Madrid, Spain,
"The Attorney General of the United States can speed up executions."
